Her hopes is that with greater understandings of the role of evolution and neuroscience, more effective treatments can be shaped to meet the needs of people with BPD.
She discusses how the historical perspectives of the disorder can reshape our current understanding , the politics surrounding its diagnosis and treatment, and the biological underpinnings of the disorder.
