She also opens up about her experiences with self-medication and hospitalization, as well as her diagnosis of ADHD and the positive impact of medication.
Throughout the episode, Chelsea reflects on her family relationships and how she's had to learn to prioritize her own well-being and set boundaries for herself and her son to help break the cycle of invalidation and trauma that she experienced.
